In Croatia the maximum capacity on a bareboat yacht is limited to 12 guests. 45-foot sailing boat can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 cabins, which is alo the recommended number of people not to overcrowd the vessel.

For sailing in Croatian territorial waters, at least one of the crew members must have a nautical international certificate of competence (ICC) and a VHF radio license. Please check here if your certificate is competent for chartering a bareboat in Croatia.
